Carbon60 Birmingham are currently looking for an administrator to man a support help desk for a cluster of schools.
Our client is looking for someone to start immediately and the position is on going to cover long term sickness.
The hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00
You will be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails from school offices reporting jobs that need actioning immediately such as broken windows and burst light bulbs to littered car parks and child's sicknesses.
You will be required to do lone working so candidates must be able to prioritise the jobs accordingly and use their own initiative when delegating jobs to facilities maintenance.
Duties will also include:
- Answering and making calls
- Responding to and sending emails
- Responding to and sending mail
- Handling queries
- General Administration
