Mechanical Electrical Shift Leader - Waterloo

Mechanical Electrical Shift leader required for ongoing building maintenance role Waterloo area Central London.

Job will be to lead an M + E maintenance team on a 12 hour 4 on 4 off shift pattern - planned maintenance and repair on plant machinery, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water systems and electrical systems.

£48,000 pa - permanent - very stable position with a world renowned Facilities Management company

Hours of work: 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off - days and nights - Central London - Waterloo area

Essential Experience and Qualifications :

• Strong building services experience -mechanical OR electrical
• Supervisory experience in a building services company
• A recognised mechanical OR electrical engineering qualification i.e NVQ L3
• Authorised Person (AP) experience or certification
• Able to work 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off - days and nights -THIS IS ESSENTIAL
• Experience in maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and water systems
• Central London - Waterloo

£48,000 pa plus hol pay and pension

Superb Mechanical and Electrical building maintenance shift leader job that would be ideal for an experienced building services or FM supervisor with Authorised Person (AP) experience, a mechanical or electrical background and qualifications plus excellent supervisory experience within the building maintenance sector and happy to work a continental shift pattern in the central London Waterloo area
