Mobile Maintenance Handyperson - Bristol, Bath and Taunton

PLEASE NOTE - ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE

£27,700 per annum plus van, fuel card, well paid overtime and yearly pay rises

Days - Monday to Friday - 08.00-4.30PM

Main purpose of job

General straight forward maintenance and repair tasks in multiple locations around Bristol, Bath and Taunton areas - basic carpentry, changing locks, repairing windows, hanging doors, laying floor tiles and other general straightforward maintenance work in commercial buildings.

All applicants must have the following:

• A full UK driving licence - ESSENTIAL
• General maintenance, repair and handyperson experience - ESSENTIAL
• Basic carpentry and tiling experience
• Ability to change locks and repair windows and doors and lay floor tiles.
• Willingness to work in a mobile role that involves using a company van.
• Bristol, Bath, Taunton areas

£27,700 plus overtime, yearly pay rises, company van, holiday pay and pension

Full time job - Monday to Friday - Days

Fantastic job that would suit an experienced maintenance and repair person with basic carpentry, joinery, tiling, painting and maintenance experience with a full UK driving licence, looking for permanent full time stable employment and living in areas such as Bristol, Bath, Bradley Stoke and Taunton
