Mobile Maintenance Handyperson - Park Royal Area - North West London

PLEASE NOTE - ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE

£29,500 per annum plus van, fuel card, well paid overtime and yearly pay rises

Days - Monday to Friday - 08.00-4.30PM

Main purpose of role

Carrying out general straight forward maintenance and repair tasks such as basic carpentry, changing locks, repairing windows, hanging doors and other general basic maintenance work in commercial buildings in the North West London areas, plus assisting the other members of the maintenance team in general planned preventative maintenance and repair work.

All applicants must have the following:

• A full UK driving licence - ESSENTIAL
• General maintenance, repair and handyperson experience - ESSENTIAL
• Basic carpentry and joinery experience
• Ability to change locks and repair windows and doors
• Willingness to work in a mobile role that involves using a company van.
• Park Royal near Wembley In North West London

£29,500 plus overtime, yearly pay rises, company van, holiday pay and pension

Full time job - Monday to Friday - Days

Superb job that would suit an experienced maintenance and repair person with basic carpentry, joinery and maintenance experience with a full UK driving licence, looking for permanent full time stable employment and living in areas such as Ealing, Harrow, Wembley, Park Royal, Edgware and able to get to work in the Park Royal area of North West London Monday to Friday.
