Sales Administrator required for permanent office administrator role in a large commercial organisation in Cardiff

Salary: £20,000 pa plus holiday pay, pension and free parking

Location: Cardiff

The role:

  • To ensure that sales orders are processed accurately including Service repairs and sales returns.
  • Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments and queries
  • Resolve any queries regarding VAT credits and returned goods etc.
  • To provide sales information for management.
  • Generation of invoices and PO numbers
  • Liaise regularly with Production team on the availability of products that have been ordered by clients
  • General office administration work
  • Cardiff

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills including word and excel.
  • Must have good communication skills with an excellent telephone manner
  • Have good organisational skills
  • Must have experience of resolving customer complaints and queries
  • Very good experience working in an office administration role
