• Days Monday to Friday - 09.00-6pm and 11am to 8pm (alternate weeks)

Job Duties

Job will be electrically biased and will involve carrying out planned maintenance work and reactive repair in a commercial building in the Paddington area of central London. Duties will include straight forward electrical maintenance and repair , basic joinery and painting work, basic plumbing and various other planned and reactive maintenance.

All applicants must have the following:

• Previous experience in a commercial maintenance and repair role
• Be electrically biased
• 17th OR 18TH edition certificate
• Willingness to work 09.00-6pm and 11am to 8pm alternate weeks
• Experience of planned and reactive maintenance work in commercial buildings
• Experience of straightforward electrical work
• Experience of straightforward plumbing, painting and joinery
• Paddington Central London

Absolutely fantastic job that would ideally suit applicants who are electrically biased with 17th OR 18th Edition, and have previously worked in commercial building maintenance and repair i.e as a handyperson, building fabric engineer, facilities maintenance person, multi skilled repair operative and so on. Would ideally suit applicants who are able to get to work in the Paddington area of central London.
