Coordination and Scheduling Assistant

Based in Portsmouth £25,000- £28,000
The position is a contract role within an outsourced service - Carbon60 delivery.
Located in a military facility, successful applicants will play a key role in an expanding team
The role forms part of a dynamic team providing a PA service to the commercial director.
Other tasks may include:
- Personal Assistant to the BRM
- Scheduling meetings and preparing documentation to support the meetings
- Coordinating BRM team activities ensuring that BRM demands are met
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Good knowledge and experience of the MS range of products, particularly excel, word and sharepoint
- Organised
- Logical
- Good Communication Skills
