Handyperson required for long term static maintenance and repair job in Romford East London

£16.97ph plus VERY well paid overtime

Days - Monday to Friday - 08.00-4.30PM

All applicants must have the following:

• General maintenance, repair and handyperson experience - ESSENTIAL
• Experience of straightforward electrical work - changing light bulbs, v basic wiring
• Experience of standard plumbing maintenance (changing taps and faucets, unblocking pipes etc)
• A Full Uk driving licence

Main Duties

• Very Straight forward maintenance and repair tasks
• Basic Electrical (changing light bulbs, wiring a plug)
• Basic plumbing (changing a tap, replacing a faucet, unblocking pipes etc)
• Assist other members of the maintenance team in general planned preventative maintenance and repair work.
• Romford

£16.97ph plus overtime, yearly pay rises, holiday pay and pension

Full time job - Monday to Friday - Days
