About the role and key responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to develop, grow and generate new business through direct sales activity and candidate management. You will also ensure that all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Carbon60 vision, which is to become the most trusted and respected global provider, partner and developer of people in the Technical area.We will achieve this vision by consistently developing trust partnerships through our expertise and delivery of our promises.

To that extent, your responsibilities will revolve around day-to-day Recruitment Consultancy. You will be leading your team in an inspiring way, while working at full compliance and towards business development. You will be responsible for developing relationships with current and potential clients and work in a proactive way around market research, trends as well as cross selling Carbon60 services. You will also be responsible for services such as obtaining H&S information, person specs, ensure all clients have signed Conditions of Business with rate in line with Carbon60 expectations and arrange/attend Client Service Visits.

About you:

You will be an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant from a Tech or Engineering Recruitment background. Ideally you will have had solid 360 Rec experience or come from a high-volume Recruitment background and be comfortable with all aspects of Compliance.
