We are looking to recruit a Cluster Technical Facilities Manager to join a well know global FM company. Working with an exciting client in the food industry you will be based in an exquisite office complex in Soho, London covering a cluster of properties in London and Herefordshire. Location: Soho (also covering London and Herefordshire)

Salary: £52,000-£57,000

The Role:

  • Manage the service delivery of all M&E in line with contractual obligations.
  • Manage the Technical team and subcontractors.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the account manager.
  • Day to Day running of all Hard Services
  • Staff Training
  • Asset Management
  • Development and Management of PPM Schedules and Life Cycle Plans

The Successful candidate:

  • Experienced at a professional level within building services management, preferably in a complex building service environment.
  • IOSH Certificate in Managing Safety
  • High level of Technical knowledge
  • Experience of managing employees within a service environment
  • Minimum of City & Guilds Craft Qualifications in a trade discipline.
