Senior Hard Service Manager

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Senior Hard Service Manager to join an international FM and construction company based in London. This is working on a government contract managing multiple sites across central London. Location: Central London

Salary: £61,000

The Role:

• To deliver a Hard FM service, undertaking the functional technical and management aspects.
• Ensuring the service is delivered in line with the contract specifications, agreed budgets and statutory obligations.
• Responsible for the implementation of planned and reactive maintenance ensuring all work is recorded on the FM management systems.
• Maintain a close relationship with the client to ensure day to day requirements are met
• Responsible for the performance of all operational staff and sub-contractors within the work stream
• To Recruit, select motivate and manage the Hard FM services teams, ensuring the highest levels of customer care, proactivity, and professionalism.

The Successful Candidate:

• Qualifications in an engineering/ building services discipline and experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience of managing engineers / technicians across multiples sites
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Budgetary experience and responsibility with proven commercial acumen.
• Strong Project Management Skills
