What do we want?
A Senior Marketing Executive to create successful marketing campaigns with the purpose of attracting top talent for one of the UK's leading digital network providers.
Working with the client and Carbon60's delivery function you will define and implement multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies for our client account, to support talent attraction and engagement across large volume or one-off bespoke hiring requirements, across many different industries.
Activities will include research, employer brand, EVP analysis, targeting content creation and distribution, social recruiting, managing website content, programmatic display and job board advertising.
Could this be you?
You must have proven B2C marketing experience for talent attraction in recruitment and worked within a busy recruitment marketing team.
