Experienced Administrator required for a contract office admin role in a large utilities company based in the Caerphilly area.
Job will be for up to three months with great potential for contract extension.
Duties will include:
- Clearance of invoices
- Generation of Purchase Order Numbers
- Data entry, photocopying and general office administration tasks
- Invoice administration
Essentials for the role:
- Previous experience with invoice generation and invoice administration
- Good data entry experience
- Ability to work from spreadsheets
- Office administration experience
- PC literate in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
£9.50 per hour
8am-5pm Monday to Friday
