Office Administrator urgently required for full time Administrator and customer contact position in a large utilities company in the Nelson Treharris area
- Hours 06.00am - 6pm
- 4 days on + 4 days off
- 12 hour days
- Wages are £9.50 per hour - weekly pay

- Generation of customer invoices
- Dealing with customer billing enquiries
- Scheduling contractor call outs to households
- Data Entry
- General office administration
- Taking incoming calls from customers
- All candidates must be willing to work 06.00-6pm, 12 hour shifts, 4 days on 4 days off
- Very good office administration experience is essential for this role
- Excellent telephone manner is a must
- All applicants must have previous customer contact experience
- Job will be based in Nelson/Treharris/Caerphilly area
This is a fantastic job opportunity in a UK wide company, would be ideal for experienced administrators with customer contact experience living in areas such as Treharris, Caerphilly, Blackwood, Pontypridd, Rhondda, Mountain Ash and surrounding areas.
