Fully outsourced store management solution

We have 8 years’ experience running a stores and logistics operation on one site on behalf of a global manufacturing business. We delivered a full outsourced solution on a fixed-price model for the length of the contract covering receipts, main stores and dispatch. Carbon60 directly managed an average of 33 staff to deliver the project to agreed KPIs. During our tenure we had a 100% client audit pass rate and delivered a 33% increase in productivity, at a lower cost to the business than before.

Flexible project management solution for a borough council to bridge staff shortages

Due to a number of open vacancies causing staff shortages we were given the opportunity to support a borough council with critical town planning projects. Utilising our PMO (project management officer) capability we worked in close partnership with the current team to deliver a support service, to proactively manage the tasking from multiple projects, measure performance, maintain a risk register, time and cost in collaboration with the council. Regular meetings allowed us to flex the number of individuals working on the solution from month-to-month, to respond to the peaks and troughs of demand, meeting all deadlines over the life of the project.
