Paul has worked in the recruitment industry for nearly 20 years. His ethos of integrity, honesty and hard-work has under-pinned the values of Carbon60 and how we work with both clients and candidates alike.
As Managing Director, Paul has aligned the strengths of the business to meet the diverse needs of our clients in order to build and maintain long standing and rewarding relationships. Paul’s knowledge and experience of the recruitment sector has helped position Carbon60 as a provider of specialist talent to both small and large companies on a national and international scale.
Operations Director - Aviation
Steve has worked in the aviation sector for over 25 years working client side for companies like Serco and Cobham, as well as recruitment side at Wynnwith and Carbon60 where he heads up the Aviation division.
Through his technical knowledge and experience, Steve has led the team in delivering bespoke, short and long term solutions to clients both in the UK and abroad.
Operations Director - Defence & Technology
Nick joined Carbon60 in 1998 as a recruiter on the BT account, focusing on their Systems Integration and Global Networking Division delivering communications technical expertise to BT’s Defence and Government sectors. In 2007 Nick moved into the Carbon60 Defence Division with a focus on delivering traditional recruitment and fixed price solutions to the Air, Land and Maritime Domains of the UK MoD.
Nick has now taken on full management responsibility for the Defence and technology Division and has evolved our Recruitment and Fixed Price business to ensure they are fit for the challenges of delivering under the current financial constraints affecting all areas of the Public Sector.
Operations Director - Construction & Engineering
Alex has over 18 years experience within the recruitment sector including 13 years in managing operational and non-operational teams, divisions, multiple offices and regions with full P&L.
Alex has specific sector experience on the Oil and Gas, Engineering, Technical and Built Environment industries.
People & Development Director
Alexis has worked for Impellam, Carbon60's parent company for over 12 years, initially within a branch before moving to roles within Internal Recruitment, Training and Human Resources.
A chartered member of the CIPD, she has gained an excellent track record for developing and nurturing the talent within Impellam and now within Carbon60 where she is responsible for all People & Development related activities.
Alexis and her team are passionate about ensuring everyone within Carbon60 is challenged to be as good as they can be and that everyone has the development opportunities they need to reach their own potential.
Brian Kenny FCMA CGMA
Brian has been part of Carbon60's senior management team for over a year and has worked for Impellam, Carbon60's parent company for over 5 years across multiple Brands.
Brian has proven success in strategic management and contributing to the success of the organisational mission. He has in-depth industry experience within managed services whilst also gaining experience within the Retail, Automotive, Software, Recruitment, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing industries.
Brian is a Fellow member of CIMA and a member of CGMA.
Director of Client Development
Mike joined Carbon60 with over 20 years’ experience in the staffing industry, having held board level roles in the UK, US and Australia. Currently responsible for sales, bids, client development and marketing across the three operating divisions.
In his previous positions he progressed from Head of Corporate Accounts, UK to Sales & Marketing Director, Asia Pacific, based from Sydney with responsibility for operational growth through multiple business lines across the APAC region. Upon returning to the UK Mike established UK operations for a global workforce solutions company providing hybrid managed service programs across the UK and Europe for clients in the life sciences, technology and infrastructure sectors.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Law and Psychology from the University of Keele.
