Mobile Water Technician - Coventry, England - Facilities Management - £34,000 plus fully expensed van
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in Coventry, England.
- Monday to Friday
- 8am to 5pm
- 40 hours a week
- Fully expensed Van
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
- Remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing
- Minor Plumbing
- Completion of routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG274 pt2 and the Approved Code of Practice ACOP L8
- completing the necessary tasks to maintain compliance, including Temperature Monitoring , Outlet / Showerhead Descales, CWST Inspections
The Ideal Candidate:
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous experience within water compliance industry
- L8 Qualification
