Role will be primarily based on site - however the option to work from home on some days during the week is available

Main Purpose of role

To manage the delivery of hard and soft facilities services in an ultra modern, state of the art building in Cardiff Bay, establish and maintain excellent working relationships with the on site client, taking full responsibility for the implementation of compliance, health and safety, ensure the efficient completion of planned and reactive tasks by the hard services maintenance team and soft services teams, comply and maintain agreed service level agreements and other general hard and soft services facilities management duties.

Essential Applicant Requirements

• Experience of Hard FM building services facilities management
• Knowledge of Soft FM facilities management
• Experience of maintaining client relationships
• Management experience of facilities management staff.
• Good knowledge of health and safety
• Experience of working to agreed service level agreements in an FM environment
• Full UK Driving licence
• Cardiff
