Construction Manager (Exeter)

Carbon 60 is looking to recruit an experienced Pre Construction Manager for its leading construction client based in Exeter

You will be based on site and at the Exeter office

This is ideally for an immediate start and due to last 3 months

Pay rate is £500 per day CIS, working hours normally 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Valid black/white CSCS card along with SMSTS and First Aid at Work essential for this position

You will need previous water experience, both waste and clean, along with extensive site and pre construction knowledge

Your duties will include

• Taking the lead on tender bids, taking responsibility for the projects from inception to contract award
• Liaising with the estimating team to ensure time frames are adhered to
• Establishing strategies with key clients
• Work within a small pre construction team to liaise with the construction delivery team
• Liaise with design managers
• Liaising with all other teams to ensure the smooth transition from pre construction to construction
