Mobile Maintenance Handyperson - Croydon, Dartford and local Kent area - PERMANENT

  • £34,000 per annum - plus superb overtime rates
  • Company van provided which can be taken home daily
  • All tools, equipment, materials and work wear will be provided for you
  • Mon to Fri - days


All applicants must have the following:

  • A full UK driving licence
  • A recognised trade qualification (NVQ or City and Guilds etc)
  • Good previous experience in planned and reactive repair and maintenance work
  • Croydon and Dartford areas


Main Duties:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance work in commercial buildings within Croydon, Dartford and local Kent areas.
  • Basic plumbing - changing taps, repairing leaks, taking temperature of water
  • Straightforward carpentry - fixing a door, replacing a handle, replacing a cupboard door etc
  • Very basic electrical work - such as wiring a plug or changing a light bulb
  • Other general planned and reactive maintenance work


£34,000 per annum, job comes with a company van, excellent OT rates, pension and holiday pay

This amazing job opportunity is ideal for an experienced building maintenance handy person with full UK driving licence, an NVQ or City and Guilds and living in areas such as Croydon, Dartford, Orpington, Sevenoaks and the surrounding Kent areas.
