Administrator (Slinfold)
ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for a leading company in the field of highway electrical assets maintenance and installation. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a company that takes social responsibility seriously and is determined to support society in accelerating towards to Net Zero.
ROLE: Administrator
LOCATION: Slinfold, West Sussex (RH13)
SALARY: between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
JOB TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: Full time, 37 hours per week, office based.
THE ROLE:
- Creating Job work packs
- Inputting timesheets
- Input of data into various systems
- Raising purchase orders and invoicing
- Provide administrative and customer service support to our lighting departments.
- Internal and external customer service
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Previous experience in Facilities Management.
- Great communication skills
- Experience in working in an administration role.
- Proficient in a range of IT systems
