Administrator (Glasgow)
ADMINISTRATOR
Carbon60 are looking to recruit an Administrator to work for a large utilities company based in Glasgow.
ROLE: Administrator
SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum
JOB TYPE: 6 months with extension likely
LOCATION: Glasgow (G2)
HOURS: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office based
THE ROLE:
- Scheduling regular meetings and record minutes/actions for key project meetings.
- Preparing documentation, assist with any planning needed.
- Input of data into various systems.
- Raising purchase orders and invoicing.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Strong administration skills and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel (demonstrable with working experience).
- Good IT skills and IT literate.
- Experience with Accounts processing/Financial Admin experience.
