Facilities Maintenance Electrician

We are looking for a contract Facilities Maintenance Electrician required for an immediate start on Building Facilities contract based in Warrington, Cheshire.

Duties will include: carrying out Reactive & Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks on Electrical building services assets.

The Electrician will be required to carry out Maintenance PPM's, installation works, together with some general Building fabric maintenance tasks within a new Distribution Fulfilment Centre, Warehouse & offices complex.

Hours of Work: 07:00 - 15:30pm Mon - Fri

Pay Rate: £24.00/Hr - Mon - Fri.

The position is initially offered on a 2 - 3 month's contract basis although this may well be extended for a longer contract period.
