Audio Visual Assistant

Location: Soho, London Contract Type: Full time - 40hpw, permanent Pay rate: £13.10/h ASAP startCarbon60 are looking for an experienced Audio-Visual Assistant on behalf of our client - an industry - leading Facilities Management company at their state-of-the-art site in Soho, London. You would join an award-winning team with high-level customer service at the heart of everything they do.Your core responsibilities would include performing daily room checks to ensure the AV equipment in the meeting rooms and executive offices are tested and in correct working order at all times, setting up AV equipment and Video conferencing calls as well as fault-finding and organising maintenance of the equipment whilst providing great customer service.You would need to be an expert in Zoom and MS Teams, have previous experience in a similar job and excellent customer service skills.
