Electrician

Electrician Facilities Management Electrician or Facilities Maintenance Technician required for a permanent position at a fixed location based in Central London EC2R close to Bank, Liverpool Street, Aldgate, Moorgate and Monument tube stations.

The Role

• Planned and Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
• Emergency callout
• Monitoring, operating and reporting of environmental equipment.
• General maintenance of air condition units, UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply, and fire alarm systems.

Requirements

• Electrical level 3 or equivalent.
• Time served engineer highly desirable.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate at all levels including sub-contractors and clients/stakeholders.
