ROLE: Mobile Handyperson PAY RATE: £17.60 per hour.JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm LOCATION: Hampshire HOURS: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)THE ROLE* PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirement* Provide support and expertise to assist the help desk team and operational team.* Supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the operational leads.* Work with operational leads to identify opportunities to self-deliver subcontracted maintenance activities.* Ensure all statutory records are available and up to date.* Installing appliances and machinesTHE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE * Proven experience in a previous or similar role in a professional Facilities Management environment* Understanding of the FM industry * Experience in working in a fast pace, high profile, critical environment. * Ability to communicate at all levels with specialists and non-specialists.* IOSH Working SafelyIf you would like to grow your experience joining a company that aspires to develop every employee to reach their full potential contact Bert at 02920731187 or send CV via application
