Salary: £35,000 - £67,000 (Depending on experience)Hybrid Working PatternBritish Eyes Only, due to the nature of the work.

Work on cutting-edge technology and capabilities.To provide high level software excellence as a member of the Control Systems Software team, delivering software design and development expertise for maritime control and instrumentation systems.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Write Functional and Detailed Design specification for all aspects of code development
  • Implement clear, easy to maintain, high quality code that is optimised for performance
  • Develop and implement SCADA/HCI applications
  • Validate software concept designs through analysis and de-risking test
  • Comply with company standards of conduct and all relevant statutory requirements

Your Experience:

  • Experience with Object oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, JAVA
  • Design and development of control / GUI software
  • Experience of Software Configuration Management and version control
  • Proven experience in control systems design and programming
  • Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic engineering or a related discipline e.g., C&I engineering, Systems engineering
