Our client are a leading Engineering & Industrial Services Provider with over 300 sites across the UK and Republic of Ireland. A requirement is available for a Operations Manager to work onsite with a key customer onsite based in Royston.
You will be working with a business who offer specialised engineering services, offering a wide range of engineering components, technical services and customised solutions across all areas of industry.
Products range from flow control, power transmission to bearings with services ranging from maintenance, repair and replacement through to specialist engineering.
As a Customer Operations Manager, you will have operational and commercial accountability onsite, delivering service excellence to your customer.
You are responsible for your own and your visitor's health and safety and for the promotion of health and safety in line with our Health & Safety Policies and procedures. You will lead and drive the coordination and collaboration with other business functions (Sales, HSEQ, Pricing, Commercial) ensuring that the contractual commitments to your customer are honoured with regard to savings and contract deliverables, change management and process compliance.
You will develop customer relationships with key stakeholders and hold regular KPI reviews and update meetings in support of the contract performance.
