Impellam Group appoints Dr Becky Upton as Director of Client Solutions and SOW

Impellam Group, a leading Global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider that delivers bold promises to help build better businesses, has announced the appointment of Becky Upton as Director of Client Solutions and SOW (Statement of Work) across its STEM portfolio of brands.

Becky will join Impellam’s STEM Senior Leadership Team, where she will play a key role in shaping and developing the Impellam Statement of Work strategy across the STEM staffing brands: Lorien (tech and digital), SRG (life sciences) and Carbon60 (engineering and defence).

Becky joins with over ten years’ industry experience in delivering services defined in statement of work or scope of work contracts in the life sciences and healthcare industry. A highly versatile director with a 20-year track record of strategic and operational development in global corporations and SMEs, including at her own consultancy, she brings a strong understanding of designing and delivering defined client solutions.

Commenting on her recent appointment, Becky said:

‘I’m really looking forward to unifying the strength of our STEM brands to bring a complete service to our customers. Global STEM shortages and rapid changes in internal skill requirements are demanding organisations to rethink how to acquire the skills to deliver their strategy. In particular, I’m looking forward to growing our Statement of Work solutions in the European market and supporting our clients to think outside the box when it comes to talent.’
