Having begun her career in the aviation industry, Marielle has since spent over 15 years working in recruitment and HR services. Dynamic and driven, Marielle strives to provide the very best service and support to our customers, ensuring every project is undertaken with energy and ingenuity. In her role as Account Director, she supports her team in tackling their daily challenges, helping them to offer the service that Carbon60 clients and candidates rightly expect.

Aurelie started out in 2008 as on-site Coordinator but moved into a position of Resource Business Partner in 2016 and has been a vital part of C60 since. She has over 15 years’ experience in the field, and has the expertise to find solutions for every customer and contractor, no matter their requirements. Through her variety of roles and responsibilities, Aurelie is driven to support Carbon60’s common goals, and ensure we stay a top-quality service provider in the aviation Industry.

Delphine has worked in the Staffing business since she graduated with a Bachelors in Human Resources Management. Since then she has gained 20 years of experience in the field, covering different aspects of the job, from recruitment to administration, training & process creation for example. Now with C60 Switzerland, Delphine is supporting contractors during their contracts in Basel, Zurich or Geneva by payrolling, creating contracts & other legal documents, as well as taking care of post-accident work and responsibilities.

Thomas began his career in 2011 as a Financial Auditor in the automotive industry supply chain and machine manufacturing, before moving into recruitment. Since then he has gained many years of experience working in recruitment roles for consulting firms, startups, and manufacturers in a variety of sectors including aviation, space, defence, energy, engineering, and construction in France, the UK and Switzerland.

Now a proud member of the Carbon60 team, Thomas heads up our Direct Search offerings in Switzerland, developing solutions with our mid-sized and large group clients to help shape – and implement – their recruitment plans.

Sladana has been working in the administrative sector for 30 years, starting her career in the nuclear industry before moving to a professional organisation specialising in delivering a variety of services for organisations. For the last 7 years, has been an integral part of the C60 team in Basel, taking care of a multitude of diverse, highly varied tasks and roles – from preparing files for the starters and leavers of temporary workers, by drawing up contracts and other documents, to setting up their training and drawing up forms for unemployment benefit.
