Painter/Finisher (m/f/d)

For our client working in aviation and located at Basel Euro airport we are looking for aircraft painters.

 

* Start date: ASAP

* Planned duration: 2 weeks with possibility of long-term extension

* Workplace: Basel Euro airport

 

Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

* Sanding the exterior

* Preparation for new paint

* Repairing and Maintenance of different surfaces

 

The perfect candidate:

We are looking for someone who already has experience in exterior aircraft painting but can also prep the aircrafts. Someone who can deliver the work in a big shop and can still be focused on details.

 

Must Haves:

 

* Vocational diploma in painting (e.g. car painting)

* Min. 1-2 years of experience in painting different surfaces, or as a car painter or aircraft painter

* Experience in sanding and fine finishes as well as repairing and maintenance is an advantage

* Ability to work in a Hangar and environment where physical work is needed

* Ability to work under pressure and still be detail oriented

* English min. B1 Level, any additional language is a plus

* Willingness to work in shifts if needed (morning and afternoon)

 

 

This contract is temporary but might be extended or even become permanent.
