Role Overview:

Our client, a global leader in power cable technology and solutions, is seeking a qualified Electrical Inspector to support transmission cable inspection and testing activities. This ad hoc role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in transmission cable systems, looking to contribute to high-profile energy infrastructure projects in a flexible capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and testing of transmission cable installations and components.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality protocols.
• Review engineering documentation, test reports, and cable schematics.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to identify and resolve electrical issues.
• Document inspection results and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in transmission cable systems and electrical inspection.
• Strong understanding of HV electrical infrastructure and cable technologies.
• Familiarity with European electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to an ad hoc schedule.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

• This is a contract-based role with flexible scheduling.
