Salary: £37k Base + up to £7k uplift DOE
Hours: Full-time

Are you ready to step up and lead with precision? Carbon60 are looking for a hands-on Assistant Paint Supervisor with a solid background in industrial painting to join one of our global leading clients to help drive quality, efficiency, and team performance in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Paint Shop Supervisor in daily operations
• Leading a skilled team of painters and technicians
• Ensuring top-tier finishes and compliance with safety standards
• Managing paint inventory and equipment
• Driving continuous improvement and lean practices

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in industrial coatings (polyurethane, epoxy, etc.)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• A keen eye for detail and quality assurance
• Passion for safety and process excellence
