Quality Inspector - Engines
Role Summary
You will ensure airworthiness by inspecting engine modules and components (LEAP-1A/B, PW1100G-JM, CFM56, V2500, GE90, CF6…) for compliance with OEM & EASA Part 145 standards, working in clients two-shift engine shop network.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect engine components, modules and full assemblies across the major engine platforms listed above.
Verify modifications, repairs and assembly work against OEM / regulatory standards.
Conduct detailed visual and dimensional checks, flagging non-conformities and documenting results in SAP/AMOS.
Liaise with Engineering, Production and QA to drive corrective actions and support internal & external audits.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Profile Requirements - Either one of these
- Completed technical apprenticeship (Polymechanic, Aircraft Maintenance Tech, etc.)
- Proven engine / component inspection on LEAP, PW1000, CFM56, V2500, GE90, CF6.
