The Electrical Installation Foreman Role

As the Electrical Installation Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation of electrical systems for this company's projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the readiness and safety compliance of each work area before commencing electrical installation activities
• Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of electricians and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow
• Monitoring the progress of electrical systems installation and identifying any deviations from plans, specifications, or schedules
• Guaranteeing that electrical works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements
• Coordinating with other trades and site management to prevent conflicts and delays

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this Electrical Installation Foreman role, you will need:

• A diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of track record, preferably as an Electrical Foreman, in the energy or construction sector
• 2+ years involvement with CCGT Projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes
• The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
• A commitment to safety and compliance
• Full EU Working Rights
