Maintenance Handyperson - Leeds - PERMANENT ROLE - plumbing bias

All applicants must have very good experience in planned and reactive commercial maintenance and repair work - with a plumbing bias

• £16.95 per hour plus great OT rates
• 08.00am-5pm Monday to Friday

Essential Requirements:

• All applicants must have very good experience in commercial planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Plumbing qualification - i.e NVQ level 2
• Must be able to work 08.00 to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Experience required is all round maintenance work such as basic plumbing, changing locks, plugs and filters, joinery repair, very basic electrical etc
• Leeds

Duties:

• Commercial planned and reactive maintenance and repair work
• Plumbing maintenance and repair work
• General plumbing, joinery repair , straightforward electrical
• Changing locks, plugs and filters, and other general maintenance work
• Leeds

£16.95 per hour plus very well paid OT, holiday pay and company pension

Absolutely fantastic job opportunity - ideal for applicants who have very good previous experience as either a commercial handyperson, maintenance person, plumber repair person or building fabric engineer, and have an NVQ in plumbing plus are able to work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and living in Leeds and the nearby surrounding areas to Leeds.
