Maintenance Handyperson - Leeds - PERMANENT ROLE

All applicants must have very good time served experience in planned and reactive commercial maintenance and repair work

• £19.30 per hour plus great OT rates
• 08.00am-5pm Monday to Friday

Essential Requirements:

• All applicants must have very good experience in commercial planned and reactive maintenance work.
• Must be able to work 08.00 to 5pm Monday to Friday
• Experience required is all round maintenance work such as basic plumbing, changing locks, plugs and filters, joinery repair, very basic electrical etc
• Leeds

Duties:

• Commercial planned and reactive maintenance and repair work
• General plumbing, joinery repair , straightforward electrical
• Changing locks, plugs and filters, and other general maintenance work
• Leeds

£19.30 per hour plus very well paid OT, holiday pay and company pension

Absolutely fantastic job opportunity - ideal for applicants who have very good previous experience as either a commercial handyperson, maintenance person, repair person or building fabric engineer, able to work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and living in Leeds and the neaby surrounding areas to Leeds.
