Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Portland,Dorset with hybrid working patterns.

Our client are a global Engineering and Construction firm seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to support the delivery of complex, high-quality projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed electrical designs and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards
• Support system integration, installation, and commissioning
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to tenders and process improvements

Requirements:

• Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years' experience in engineering design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of wiring regulations, LPS, EMC, and relevant standards
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Salary discussions will commence from £42,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications
• 37.5 hours per week
