Specialising in precision engineering and fabrication for the aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality through advanced manufacturing processes and a skilled, collaborative workforce. This is a key leadership role where you'll work closely with senior teams, production staff, and customers to uphold and enhance our reputation for reliability and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Customer & Supplier Engagement - Act as the go-to contact for quality issues, overseeing supplier assurance and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a Quality-First Culture - Deliver training, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to embed quality throughout the business.
  • Analyse & Report - Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Maintain Documentation - Ensure all quality records and procedures are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or relevant field (or substantial industry experience).
  • Recognised quality certifications (e.g., Lead Auditor ISO 9001/AS9100) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in aerospace, defence, or high-precision manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and generous annual leave.
  • Exciting benefits package with retail discounts.
  • Purpose-built facilities with free parking.
  • Discounted gym membership and cycle-to-work scheme.
  • Excellent career development opportunities.

Ready to lead quality excellence in a forward-thinking engineering environment? Apply now and help shape the future of precision manufacturing.
