Exciting Opportunity - Electrical Construction Manager


Are you an experienced Electrical Construction Manager looking for your next challenge? This company is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Central Poland on a minimum 12-month contract, with the potential for extension.

The Role of the Electrical Construction Manager


As the Electrical Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in the construction team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans, health and safety, and quality standards. You will liaise closely with project and construction managers to align site progress with programme milestones.
The Electrical Construction Manager will be responsible for interfacing with project management and client representatives to resolve any technical or scheduling issues. Ensuring all works are fully compliant with current legislation, specifications, and security protocols is also a key part of this role.
Effectively managing resources on site to ensure efficiency, planning labour and material resources ahead of time, and overseeing subcontractor labour hours will be crucial to the success of the Electrical Construction Manager.

What we are looking for


The ideal candidate for the Electrical Construction Manager position will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • University or Technical Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager working on Gas Turbine projects preferred, experience working on Thermal Power Plant projects will be considered
  • Excellent IT skills and advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the English language
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Full Polish working rights
