What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate for the Senior Mechanical Construction Engineer role will possess:

• 5+ years of experience in construction engineering for large-scale industrial or thermal power plant projects
• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of gas turbine systems, steam generation, and combined cycle processes
• Hands-on experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing technical interfaces between engineering and construction
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling, and quality control for large industrial projects
• Proven understanding of HSE standards and procedures, with experience implementing best practices on-site
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
• Business-level proficiency in the English language
