Technical Records Administrator
Please note for this role you must be able to obtain full Security Clearance.
Carbon60 is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Records Administrator to join their client based in Oxford. As the Technical Records Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and managing the company's aircraft maintenance documentation.
Key Responsibilities of the Technical Records Administrator:
- Collect, sort, and distribute all relevant paperwork to the Technical Services department for review
- Audit Sector Record Pages (SRPs), Work Packs, Engineering Documentation, and other maintenance records
- Manage and update SRPs, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Create and distribute corrections to the relevant departments
- Perform quality checks on all documentation
- Update Technical Log Books with applicable chapters and ensure quality
- Report monthly metrics on SRP errors
- Scan and electronically file all documentation according to company procedures
The Ideal Technical Records Administrator will have:
- Strong computer literacy and data entry experience
- Ability to work autonomously and excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in a similar records management role
