Carbon60 is seeking a talented and motivated Production Scheduler to join their dynamic client based in Broughton. As a Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this company's production processes.

The Production Scheduler is responsible for controlling and managing cutting tool stock levels, regrind processes, and the inventory of consumables, chemicals, and other essential materials. You will also be responsible for managing all calibrated tooling, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

In this role, you will act as an interface between the calibration and operations departments, raising purchase orders for all tooling and maintenance requirements. You will provide line side support to production, addressing blockers and offering technical assistance to enable seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Support Team Member:
- Control and manage cutting tool stock levels and regrind processes
- Control and manage consumables, chemicals, and stock levels
- Manage all calibrated tooling, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
- Act as an interface between calibration and operations departments
- Raise purchase orders for all tooling and maintenance requirements
- Provide lineside support to production, addressing blockers and offering technical assistance
- Support CAPEX, Rate Ramp Up, and facility improvement projects
- Lead involvement in scheme projects
- Support with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) topics

Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated experience in a similar operations support role
- Familiarity with production processes and maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of calibration and compliance requirements
