About the Role
A forward-thinking leader in the materials handling sector, is seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Reseller Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our UK reseller network. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic leader with a proven track record in channel development, sales enablement, and market penetration.
As the Reseller Development Manager, you will be entrusted with identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-potential resellers across key UK geographies. Your mission: to drive a 5% increase in market share by delivering a compelling value proposition that benefits both our partners and the wider Jungheinrich group.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Channel Expansion: Identify and establish new reseller partnerships in high-opportunity regions, leveraging insights from internal teams and market intelligence.
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute robust business plans to meet and exceed sales targets, driving growth in market share and brand visibility.
- Performance Management: Lead performance evaluations, provide coaching, and implement improvement strategies to elevate reseller effectiveness.
- Training & Enablement: Deliver impactful training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with resellers to optimize inventory, streamline order fulfillment, and accelerate revenue recognition.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to corporate policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines across the reseller network.
