HR Advisor
Carbon60 are currently looking for a HR Advisor to join an aviation client of ours based in Filton. This role is a contract position working up until the end of September 2026.
As the HR Advisor, you will be a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR-related matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies
- Developing expertise in key HR processes and tools, such as Workday
- Providing advice and support during work reviews and change processes
- Managing employee relationships and responding to queries or concerns
- Assisting with employee relations topics, including capability investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
- Serving as a liaison between hiring managers, employees, and the HR team
- Supporting the HR business leader and partners with various initiatives
To excel in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. Proficiency with HR systems, such as Workday, and Google-suite would be an advantage. Additionally, you should possess excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Due to this position being a contract role, we have both PAYE and Umbrella rates available.
