Carbon60 is looking to recruit a Plumber to deliver high-quality maintenance services at a Social Housing in Tamworth.

ROLE: Plumber

PAY RATE: £16.00 to 22.00 per hour inside IR35 basis via Umbrella

HOURS: Full-time, shift patterns as required

CONTRACT TYPE: Contract

Duration: 4 Months (3^rd Nov 2025 to 28^th Feb 2026)

LOCATION: Tamworth, B78

THE ROLE:
Carry out wet plumbing repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.
Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and general plumbing faults.
Perform responsive and planned maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple properties.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and client requirements.
Provide excellent customer service when dealing with tenants and property representatives.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
CSCS Blue Card
Asbestos Awareness - UKATA or ROSPA certified
Working from Heights
Manual Handling
Proven experience in Social Housing Responsive Repairs
Wet plumbing experience only
Must have own tools
Van and fuel card provided

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.
