Carbon60 is seeking a talented and experienced Logistics and Enablement Support professional to join their dynamic client based in Broughton. As the Logistics and Enablement Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient running of the Enablement system for People, Machines, Materials, Methods, and Measurement.

This role is a contract role until the end of March 2026 how ever there is a high chance that it will be extended.

Due to being a contract role, there are both PAYE and Umbrella rates available.

  • Up to £25.00 per hour PAYE
  • Up to 33.00 per hour Umbrella


Key Responsibilities of the Logistics and Enablement Support:

1. Ensure the designated area of work is prepared to enable the implementation of build demand.
2. Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff as appropriate to fulfill day-to-day tasks and ensure regular resource planning to align with the enablement strategy.
3. Ensure improvements to the safe working environment are driven through departmental objectives and management.
4. Ensure LOLER equipment is kept operational and ready for use.
5. Support the development of Use Cases for production system deployment.
6. Set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external service providers.
7. Raise orders on Click & Buy and ensure immediate goods receipt on delivery.
8. Act as the lead operational customer interface for any industrial system.

The ideal candidate for the Logistics and Enablement Support role will possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Excellent understanding of Composite wing builds enablement processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated logistics and enablement support experience in an operations working environment.
- Experience of working with service providers.
- Excellent personal and communication skills.
- High self-motivation and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a development change environment and embrace change as a way of adding value, particularly within a digital factory environment.
