Are you a proactive and commercially minded HR professional ideally from an Engineering or Manufacturing background looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by driving HR initiatives and supporting business performance across the organisation.

What you will be doing and what we are looking for:
We are after someone who brings both strategic insight and hands-on HR expertise. You'll be confident influencing and developing stakeholder relationships, solving problems, and driving change. Previous experience of working on and delivering projects or supporting a business transformation would be very helpful.
Essential Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel in the UK if required
- Strong HR systems experience, and advanced Excel skills required
- Power BI, Data Analysis and HRIS exposure is desirable
