Facility Coordinator (m/f/d)

For our client working in aviation and located at Basel Euroairport we are looking for a Facility Coordinator.

* Start date: 1st December 2025
* Planned duration: 6 months
* Workplace: Basel Euroairport
* Workload: 100%

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Act as a reliable and solutions-oriented contact for employees, operational teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage daily requests related to office spaces, hangars, workshops, and operational support areas.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance across offices and hangars.
• Supervise external suppliers and ensure compliance with SLAs, safety rules, prevention plan
• Communicate operational updates, access changes, and incident follow-ups.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility readiness.
• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement actions.

Must Haves:

• Finalised vocational diploma, degree or at least 2 years of experience in a Facility Coordinator role
• First experience as facility coordinator supervising tasks or hospitality manager would be an advantage
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and SAP, Power BI and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Very good oral, written and communication skills in English (B2 Level) and French (B1 Level), German would be an advantage
• Ability to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Self motivated and independent personality that is happy to work within a team and in a fast changing environment
• Accurate, efficient and solution oriented way of working

This contract is for 6 Months (might be extended) or even become permanent.
