Rates: £550 - £650 Daily Rate Inside IR35 via PAYE Umbrella
Clearance: BPSS (DBS/DS, Financial Probity, Employment History) + Medical Questionnaire & Proof of Right to Work in the UK

Senior Quantity Surveyor - High-Value Infrastructure Projects

Are you ready to take the lead on major infrastructure projects and make a real impact? We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide expert commercial support across a portfolio of high-value projects (£1m-£20m TCV). This is your chance to shape strategy, manage risk, and drive profitability in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the commercial work stream for complex projects, partnering closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate upstream and downstream contracts, ensuring robust risk management and improved terms.
• Oversee cost control and financial governance across all projects, supporting monthly review boards and problem project management.
• Deliver accurate commercial reporting, budgets, and forecasts to keep projects on track and profitable.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on HV infrastructure projects (£5m+), ICP/Private Networks etc.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3 Option A contracts.
• Expertise in financial control, cost management, and dispute resolution.
• A collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
