Are you an early-career professional looking to make an impact in property, land management, or infrastructure projects? Our Client is offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Graduate / Junior Land Assembly Assistant. You'll gain hands-on experience in land referencing, spatial data analysis, and project coordination while supporting one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes.

What You'll Do

• Assist with land assembly activities to enable timely access for construction.
• Work with project teams and contractors to confirm land acquisition boundaries.
• Help prepare and manage notices for land entry and acquisition.
• Support data assurance and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Geography, Property, Land Management, GIS, or related discipline.
• Experience with spatial data and map reading (essential for land referencing tasks).
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and interest in GIS/digital mapping tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
